Refund & Returns Policy
At Clutch Club, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at clutchclubstudio@gmail.com. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — your choice. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully and refer to our sizing guide before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Conditions for Return Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return Email us at clutchclubstudio@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, in which case we will cover the cost.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
